London Borough of Waltham Forest

The Local Self Build Register will gather detailed information from people who want to build their own homes in Waltham Forest.
When you register here, your details will be added to the local register for Waltham Forest and valuable data on the demand for self-build and custom housebuilding in this area can be collected.
Please note that Waltham Forest Council is now operating a two-part register (with effect from 1 April 2017). For both Part 1 and Part 2 of the register you must be over 18 years old and a British, EEA or Swiss national.

Part 1 is for people who have a local connection and the ability to buy a plot of land for self-build. Part 2 is for everyone else who meets the above age and nationality requirements.
